Now he's channeling all of that into a new role as our Property Operations Manager. He spent years as a cable splicer in the telecommunications field before transitioning into licensed contracting after retirement — giving him a ground-up understanding of how homes are built, wired, and put together. Today, he offers sellers a complimentary, experience-based perspective on their home before it goes to market. It's not a formal inspection — it's a knowledgeable conversation that helps you feel prepared.
